The home will be constructed on an existing 3.08-acre parcel at 750 Gibralter St., Delhi, ON. The proposed Long-Term Care Home will be comprised of two storeys with a partial basement, and a gross building area of 7,530 m2. The home will be constructed of ICF walls and precast floor slabs. *Award is expected mid-March 2023. *Subject to provincial and municipal approvals, work on-site is planned to start in August 2023.
