The documents can be obtained at the cost established by them. A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of sureties, in accordance with the examples attached to the invitation to tender document, all payable to the "Municipality of Saint-Sébastien" and reimbursable under conditions, must accompany the tender.
