The Town of Oromocto is currently accepting bids for One (1) 2022 (or newer) tracked excavator with dozer blade Bid prices must be valid for 45 days following the close of the tender. The bidder must supply the latest printed specifications and advertising literature on the unit specified. Equipment tendered must be the latest design and the current model in production, 2022 or newer and not be previously used. The bidder must show equipment supplied as specified or list on a separate sheet any and all deviations from the specifications and conditions and reasons for the deviations. The price tendered must include all costs including delivery to the Oromocto Public Works Yard, 181 Black Watch Avenue, Oromocto, NB. The bidder must state "specifically" any and all warranties covering the unit. If Manufacturer's Extended Warranty is offered, please state extra cost, if any and provide details. Specifications shown are considered to be minimum. Consideration may be given to items varying slightly from specifications with the exception of "Minimum Engine Horsepower". Bidders are required to show exact details of the equipment being offered for consideration. The Town of Oromocto reserves the right to inspect any vehicle and/or equipment as a result of this tender and shall be the sole judge as to whether the vehicle and/or equipment being supplied meets the basic requirements of the Town Works Department. Tenders submitted for consideration will be evaluated on specifications, total price, warranty, vendor past performance/references, work experience, staffing and equipment requirements, after sales service, delivery date and any other factors which the Town deems appropriate for the best value for the Town
