Thomas County Board of Commissioners is soliciting professional engineering firms to perform the engineering design for the petitioned paved roads listed in the RFP. The primary scope of services is to complete a Boundary Survey and preliminary roadway plan including the horizontal alignment and provide the County with Right of Way Acquisition plats. Right of Way will be staked at the time of acquisition. Right of Way Plats of the proposed land acquisition will be supplied to Thomas County. Each road will be considered as its own "independent, stand alone" project. Any questions must be received no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the bid opening.
