Bids may be held by the City of Beatrice, Nebraska for a period not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract The Owner reserves the right, at the time of the site visit, to reject requests to inspect specific areas of the airfield, if it is not conducive to airport operations at the time.
