Proposal envelopes shall be labeled as follows: SECURITY CAMERAS AND LIGHTING No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. BIDDER'S SURETY -- A certified check payable to the City of Clairton or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. THE CITY OF CLAIRTON COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD OR TO REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL PORTIONS THEREOF PROPOSALS SUBMITTED, AND TO WAIVE INFORMALITIES IN THE BIDDING PROCESS IF IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.
