Oconee County Schools is seeking proposals for a 12 classroom addition to Malcom Bridge Elementary School. The new 15,000 s.f. one-story addition to existing Malcom Bridge Elementary School consists of steel frame structure on concrete foundations that will be erected on the Northwest side of existing school building. Work will include, but is not limited to, site work, concrete flat work and site retaining wall, structural steel, exterior masonry, metal and TPO roofing, painting, finishes, metal and wood doors, and hardware installation, toilet partitions, installation of plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems and replacement of the existing intercom system. The Surety Company shall have an A.M. Best Company minimum rating of "A" with a financial size of VI "6" or better.
