Small Business Set-Aside for Award Priority VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide horizontal concrete sawing services to alleviate trip/fall hazards on walkways in the Northern Neck Residency. Work shall be completed within thirty (30) days from start up. (Non-Renewable). Any questions regarding this quick quote shall be addressed to Kristy Jeter at Kristy.Jeter@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The Contractor shall provide all equipment with qualified, experienced operator(s), laborer(s), fuel, tools, parts, supplies, insurance, and incidentals as necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment required to perform concrete sidewalk repairs, defined as removing trip and fall hazards on concrete sidewalks and curbs by horizontal cutting of concrete surfaces in the Northern Neck Residency, specifically in the following locations: Lancaster County: Town of Lively - Route 3 from Route 772 to 0.17 miles south of Route 1114 Northumberland County: Town of Heathsville - Route 360 from Route 601 to 0.30 miles west of Route 201 Northumberland County: Town of Heathsville - Route 201 from Route 360 to 0.27 miles south of Route 360 Richmond County: Town of Warsaw - Route 360 from Route 1007 to Route 670 Westmoreland County: Town of Montross - Route 3 from to Route 9414 to Route 686 Westmoreland County: Town of Colonial Beach - Route 205Y from Route 205 to End of State Maintenance
