Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cissna Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Description of Work: The proposed work is officially known as Section 19-00007-00-PV This work includes Full depth pavement removal and replacement, storm sewer, curb and gutter removal and replacement, driveway pavement removal and replacement, miscellaneous landscaping items, and other associated work on Blaine Street in the Village of Cissna Park. A proposal guarantee by bank cashier's check, certified check or proposal bid bond in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" prepared by the Illinois Department of Transportation adopted April 1, 2016, will be required. A surety bond for the full amount of the award will be required. The "prevailing rate of wages" as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall apply to this project.
