Renovation of a municipal facility in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City requires an experienced, qualified, licensed General Contractor to provide labour, equipment, materials, and all that is necessary for General Contractor Services (the 'Services') at various facilities and locations in Pitt Meadows. The services to be provided, as and when required, include, but are not limited to, the following: Renovations at existing City facilities to facilitate internal growth, update finishes, general repairs; Provide Construction Services for various small projects throughout the City on "an as and when requested basis". Small projects are described as projects valued below $50,000 per project; Preparing estimates, to include outline of the methodology proposed as how the Contractor will complete the project on time and on budget, including a schedule of the key work activities and deliverables; breakout of labour type, number of hours, materials and any other charges; outline of sub-contractors to be used in what capacity; Supply of all labour, material, equipment, permits and supervision necessary to complete the work, including coordination with City Electrician for Electrical permit requirements and documentation; At the end of each day and at the conclusion of work, the Contractor shall promptly remove any of his/her equipment or materials, recycle and dispose of waste material and leave the site(s) in a clean and cleared condition.
