Project number: 2023-001-BG Contract start date: March 1, 2023 Duration of contract: February 29, 2028 Email: srm.agcc@cssp.gouv.qc.ca The work will include, among other things: Maintenance and repairs of all equipment making up each of the intrusion alarm systems, including parts and labor, to ensure their proper functioning at all times and extend their lifespan Monitoring and processing of alarm signals at all times. VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The tender is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. Any bidder interested in entering into a contract of $25,000 or more with the PUBLIC BODY must hold an attestation from Revenu Québec (ARQ). The tenderer must submit the certificate (ARQ) to the CSP with his tender when submitting it, under penalty of the automatic rejection of his tender. The certificate from Revenu Québec must be valid until the end of the 3-month period following the month in which it was issued. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a TENDERER, if this request is sent to it less than two (3) working days before the date and time set for the receipt of tenders. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
