The bidder will provide with bid, the mix design for all paving materials. The municipality may withdraw or reduce the quantity of any item or terminate or reduce the scope of the contract. (a) All materials will conform to Penn DOT Publication 408 specifications and accepted construction practices. (b) The supplier will also supply the municipality with a daily Bituminous Material Certification on a TR-465 or CS-4171 within 24 hours of placing the bituminous material for each day s placement. Asphalt to be either picked up at the point of origin of the successful bidder s location nearest to Upper Moreland Township or shall be delivered as per the Township s instructions. If applicable, the Prevailing Wage Law applies to the personnel used to make the delivery. Prevailing wages for 2023 Project Rates attached (Serial Number:23-00472). Contractor must have the capability of delivering no less than 400 tons per day.
