The Work of the project includes, but is not limited to, demolition, mass grading, fine grading, erosion control, concrete, fencing, synthetic turf, field lighting, tennis courts, parking lot, and general landscaping as specified and as indicated on the Drawings; coordination and supervision of the entire project; and all related work, as indicated in the Bid and Contract Documents. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of SIXTY (60) days Attendance at the PreBid Conference is Mandatory for all Prequalified General Contractor Bidders intending to submit a Proposal, and is highly recommended for all Subcontractors.
