The County of Wayne is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade its production room. The current production room equipment is over 6 years old. Lighting system should provide fixtures for on/off and dimming, provide ability to control lighting zones, and provide special lighting for quality video recording and streaming presentations. Lighting should be designed to properly light for broadcast (streaming) the Commissioner's 7-person dais, podium, finance director desk, clerk desk, and county manager/attorney desk. The remaining areas of the room should be designed to provide lighting for those seated in the gallery viewing the meeting in person. The technology must be easy to use by trained professionals and the design must be relevant to the current presentation platforms the County utilizes (in-person and streaming). This room is critical to our community and is used for responses and communication to our citizens.
