Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millsboro, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 23,2023, This project has been awarded to George & Lynch, Inc, with the awarded amount of $188,033.22.** Work includes removal of 43,071 sf of existing stone/hardpack in the parking lot of Atkins Park (Little League Park) and replacing with 20,756 sf of grass and 22,315 sf new stone section. The existing areas will be removed and disposed of at the Town's White Farm property located on the north side of Hardscrabble Road (TMP 133-16.00-75.03). The areas to be grassed will be stripped of 6" of stone, the top 3" remaining scarified, and 6" of topsoil placed for the areas removed. It will then be fertilized, seeded, and mulched per the standard details utilizing Mix 12 (Tall Fescue, Perennial Ryegrass, and Sheep Fescue) on the approved plans to ensure successful grass coverage. The areas to be removed and replaced shall be stripped to a depth of +/- 11", with the top 3" remaining scarified. Replacement layer shall consist of 8" CR1 under 3" clean, washed #57 stone. Any substitutions shall be requested in writing prior to bids due for consideration and approval. Existing parking bumpers that were removed for the stripping of existing stone areas shall be replaced to delineate parking spots as desired. The Town reserves the right, as the interest of the Town of Millsboro may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in bids received and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
