Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Location: High House Road at Bond Park/St. Michaels Driveway Project Description: Construct a traffic signal with mast arm poles, APS pedestrian crosswalks with traffic monitoring camera. Also, roadwork is required at the intersection of Maury O'Dell Place. Contractor will also be required to extend fiber on the southside of High House Road per fiber design plans. All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with NCDOT/Cary Standard Specifications and Details. The successful bidder will be required to: Prepare and implement a traffic control plan Perform surface preparation, including milling of existing pavement Construct pavement undulations and ADA ramps in accordance with plan Install post-mounted traffic signage and pavement markings in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) This project will be executed in accordance with the Town of Cary Standard Terms and Conditions Project Schedule: This project is estimated to last no more than 365 days and is expected to be completed in 2024. Bidders shall provide a proposed schedule for completion with the bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
