Tree and brush trimming shall take place in accordance with this contract to allow for free passage of pedestrians along City sidewalk. All work to occur will take place within the City right-of-way. The bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment, and other means necessary or proper for performing and completing the work.
