Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belleville, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The USD 109 Board of Education is accepting sealed bids on the removal of existing and installation of upgrades in (5) Restrooms. A list of the areas and general dimensions and specifications are below. If the submitted bid is unable to meet any of the specifications listed, you are required to note the exception, clearly denoting any alternate specification you provide. The school district reserves the right to reject any bid which does not meet the specifications listed; however, the district further reserves the right to accept an alternate if the deviation from specification is not deemed significant. Please separate quotes into different sections as we will want to keep track of each area's cost. Here are the areas and measurements to base them on please. 1. (1) Cafeteria Restroom-28 sq. ft. 2. (2) Office area Restrooms-98 sq. ft. 3. (2) Lower level Library Restrooms-98 sq. ft. This project may be done in more than (1) phase - so please include pricing the additional setup. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Demo existing Toilets/ Urinals, sinks, and stalls and dispose. Install new features of the same style. 2. Drains will need to be inspected and roto-rooted if necessary before installation of new. (USD 109 will do this process) 3. Demo existing tile and dispose. 4. Assumes installation over: clean, sound & solid concrete substrate. NOTE: items 3 and 4 need to be separated on quote as this may be approved to be done with "Epoxy" when floor is done. 5. Note-- all existing paper and soap dispenser will be removed and replaced by USD109. 6. Note-- all ceiling tiles and lighting will be removed and replaced by USD 109. Project to be completed 4 weeks to start no later than July 1st, 2023, unless otherwise approved by BOE. Please include Warranty and billing details.
