Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belleville, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids on the removal of the existing flooring material and the installation of "Epoxy" material in its place. A list of areas, general dimensions and specifications are below. If the submitted bid is unable to meet any of the specifications listed, you are required to note the exception, clearly denoting any alternate specification you provide. The school district reserves the right to reject any bid which does not meet the specifications listed; however, the district further reserves the right to accept an alternate if the deviation from specification is not deemed significant. Please separate quotes into different sections as we will want to keep track of each area's cost. Here are the measurements to base them on please. 1. Cafeteria and adjoining Restroom-2200 sq. ft. 2. Restrooms office area- 98 sq. ft. X2 3. Restrooms lower level Library area-98 sq. ft. X2 EACH AREA WILL ALSO NEED TO INCLUDE A 4" EPOXY COVE BASE. (Please quote pricing also for R/R to have epoxy walls up to the "tile/block" line as an option.) This project may be done in more than (1) phase - so please include pricing the additional setup. 1. Demo existing flooring and dispose. 2. Prepare substrate sur- face profile utilizing mechan- ical means (grinding or shot blasting) 3. Prep substrate cracks and joints (includes minor floor prep) 4. Install Epoxy SystemDur-A-Flex-(or alternate if approved by Board) 5. Assumes installation over: clean, sound & solid concrete substrate. 6. Moisture testing will need to be conducted and Hybri-Flex -EC primer used in High Moisture reading areas. Project to be completed in 4 weeks to start no later than June 1st, 2023 unless otherwise approved by BOE. Please include Warranty and billing details. Be sure to clearly mark the envelope as a sealed bid. Bids will be presented on February 13, 2023 to B.O.E. - Notification to Bidders will be on the following Tuesday.
