Length 2.350 mi. The total amount of uncompleted work under contract to a contractor must not exceed the amount of his or her qualification certificate. The Entire Project Shall Be Completed In One Hundred Fifty (150) Working Days. A 4.00% DBE Contract Obligation Is Required. A Bidding Proposal may be purchased for $5.00.
