**As of March 20,2023, project was awarded to Power City Electric, awarded amount is $183,676.97** Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County (the District), is seeking bids for a contractor to provide labor, materials and equipment to repair two (2) circuit switchers for the District. The purpose of the bid is to obtain a contractor to provide labor, materials and equipment to repair two (2) CSH-B circuit switchers (District owned facilities) within Pend Oreille County. The work will be performed under the direction of the Engineering Manager or other designated District personnel. The work will be done under a written contract in a form acceptable to District. The District shall be the exclusive judge of all bids and reserves the right to accept or reject any bid proposal based upon its own criteria and sole judgment. The District is seeking bids for a contractor to provide labor, materials and equipment to repair two (2) CSH-B circuit switchers. Work includes replacement of 3 CSH-B interruptors on one circuit switcher and adjustment of arms on another circuit switcher. Provide District personnel with training on adjusting CSH-B circuit switchers. Inspection of associated disconnect switches, shunt trips, and motor for damage on bo2th CSH-B circuit switchers. It is the intention of the District to have the project start mid-June and be complete and operational no later than July 1, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by the following: The completed bid proposal form. Copy of current Safety Plan. Credentials for working on circuit switchers - personnel must be qualified to work inside substations and work on this type of circuit switcher. The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this contract located in Pend Oreille County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website.
