Renovation of a mixed-use development in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,185-square-foot educational facility.
The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County Schools: The project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 21,185 SF of roof ( per attached plans and specifications) on one wing of the Conway Education Center , along with the removal of two (2) RTU's, sealing of the roof deck, repair of an adjacent area of roof deck, and the installation of new "Bard" type HVAC units for the multipurpose room, as replacements for the removed RTU's.
