This will require removing the existing cooler. All equipment should be warranted per manufactures coverage and contractor warranties all workmanship for one year from date of start-up. Bid Requirements: Walk-in Cooler Demo and removal of the existing walk-in cooler and flooring Current cooler has a 4" thick floor One new Walk-in Cooler approximately 16'7 Length x 10'11 Wide x 6'10 High and 4" walls with one entrance door in the center of the front wall and aluminum diamond plate flooring. Door accessories, lighting, and shelving All shipping costs All condensing and refrigeration piping Refrigeration hook up and installation with start-up and test for proper operation completed by a qualified service technician This project will be funded in whole with federal finance assistance and the contractor will agree to comply with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, grant agreement, policies and procedure including wages and benefits being paid and reported in compliance with the Davis Bacon Act.
