The MORGANTI Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the Palm Beach County Department of Airports Domestic Water Valve Modifications- Phase 2 project located at Palm Beach International Airport in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Department of Airports. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Bid Package and Bid Documents will be available via a secure link to pre-qualified bidders on or about January 30, 2023 by request to estimating@morganti.com. All bidders must sign and return a non-disclosure agreement to The Morganti Group, Inc. for this project. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of 70+ water valves located throughout the PBIA terminal and secure concourses; drywall removal/replacement/finishing/painting and acoustical ceiling removal/replacement to support the water valve replacement work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids. Interested parties are requested to send an email to estimating@morganti.com to request a pre-qualification package and non-disclosure agreement. Once completed, the pre-qualification questionnaire and non-disclosure agreement must be returned by email to estimating@morganti.com or delivered to The Morganti Group, Inc., at 1662 North U.S. Highway 1, Suite C, Jupiter, FL 33469, in order to receive a secure link to the bid documents. Palm Beach County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
