Bids are invited upon the items and quantities of work as follows:Huckleberry Park Tennis And Pickleball Courts -Includes the conversion of existing south tennis courts to six 6 pickleball courts. All courts to be resurfaced and pavemented. The construction of a new all-purpose court, parking area, sidewalk, relocation of existing shelter, and demolition of an existing building on site are also included as added alternates. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid from a Prime or Subcontractor that is not listed on the planholders list portal. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Hannibal, Missouri, negotiable U.S. Government bonds at par value or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent 5% of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The City of Hannibal reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
