Lubbock Economic Development Alliance (LEDA) (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: LEDA Lubbock Business Park - Nutmeg St, Hunter St, Ivory St. - Landscape Improvements The Project includes the following Work: Work consists of installing landscape plantings and irrigation along Nutmeg St, Hunter St, and Ivory St, a new irrigation well pump, controls, well house and communication connections to existing irrigation controllers and irrigation systems within the Lubbock Business Park. Work also consists of replacing and updating previous landscape plantings throughout the park. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office during normal business hours (call Issuing Office to verity normal business hours) and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described above. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and Contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Work substantially completed by September 15th, 2023 after Contract Times commence to run as provided in Article 4.01 of General Conditions, completed and ready for final payment per Article 15.06 of General Conditions, by September 30th, 2023 after Contract Times commence to run.
