Deadline for Submission of Written Questions............February 7, 2023 The Lubbock County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center ("UMC") is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for University Medical Center Neuro | MSICCU | Pediatric Relocation Renovation - Phase 1 MSICCU FF&E Products and Installation. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration to provide all products and installation as specified in this package by UMC. Each proposal should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of the proposer's ability to meet the requirements of this RFP. Emphasis should be on completeness, clarity of content, responsiveness to the requirements, and an understanding of UMC's needs. Proposer is reminded that any requested information not furnished as part of the Proposal will be considered by UMC as a Negative answer or that the Proposer cannot meet in part or in whole the specified quantity, quality, type, or manner of good, component, equipment or service. By submitting proposals, each proposer certifies that it understands this RFP and has full knowledge of the scope, nature, quality, and goods to be provided, the quantity of the work to be performed, the detailed requirements of the services to be provided, and the conditions under which the services are to be performed.
