Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ship Bottom, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work under this contract shall include the removal and disposal of 480 LF timber bulkhead including all piles, sheeting, cap, railing, tie rod, fasteners, and back system, 540 SY of timber boardwalk including all decking, beams, posts, fasteners and concrete footings, nine (9) light poles, conduit, wiring and the construction of 480 LF of a vinyl non-polluting bulkhead and 540 SY of a clamshell walkway As a result of removal of existing lighting, a Licensed Electrical Subcontractor will be required and must be listed on the Subcontractor form in the Bid Documents. The Contractor shall provide all other necessary incidental work to complete the project as specified. CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Ship Bottom in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Borough of Ship Bottom reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
