Only companies having their main business establishment in the province of Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the MRC of Témiscamingue are eligible to bid . Also, companies whose names are recorded in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) cannot be awarded the contract covered by this call for tenders. Only the names of the bidders and the prices submitted will be disclosed. All submissions received after the set deadline will be returned unopened. The MRC de Témiscamingue reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or refuse any or all of the submissions received. The MRC de Témiscamingue is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
