Site work for a water / sewer project in La Puente, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of March 8,2023, project was awarded to OPPENHEIMER, awarded amount is $64,425.80.** The general work items include the delivery of a modified shipping container ("Container") from the manufacturer located in Ventura County, CA to La Puente Park; Pouring a 60' x 26' 4-inch-thick concrete slab and placement of the Container on the slab; installation of a new sewer line connecting the Container to an existing VCP sewer line in the Park, and connection of the Container electrical and water lines to existing utilities already in place. A 10% Bidder's Bond is required with the Bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) Liability insurance with City of La Puente as additional insured endorsement; (2) Proof of workman's compensation insurance coverage; (3) 100% Faithful Performance Bond; and, (4) 100% Labor and Material Bond.
