As members of TCHC's State of Good Repair Program Roster, Vendors will be providing complete design services bulk general repair as required across the TCHC portfolio. The Category of Work for this Roster is State of Good Repair. The intent of the State of Good Repair (SOGR) program is to efficiently complete in-suite repairs, in communities where a high volume of repair needs have been identified within tenant's units. The project scope includes, but is not limited to: full kitchen replacement; partial kitchen replacement; cabinet repairs; bathroom repairs; bathroom renovations; plumbing fixture replacements; in-suite shut-off valve replacements; wall repairs; door repairs/replacement; flooring upgrades/ repairs; painting of assigned areas; plaster /drywall repairs; and minor electrical repairs/replacements Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking three (3) Vendor(s) for the provision of bulk general repair services for the State of Good Repair Program Roster. Deadline for Questions and Suggested Project Agreement Revisions Friday, February 17, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline for Issuing Addenda Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET Limitation on the Number of Vendors Three (3) Vendors Rectification Period 3 Business Days unless otherwise noted in a Rectification Notice.
