Renovation of a fire / police facility in Pittsboro, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The project will consist of a remodeling and interior improvements to an existing single story, slab on grade, post framed 4500 square foot building. The existing post framed building. The existing building shell was constructed in 2006REMODELING AND INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS to an existing post frame building located at 400 E. Main Street in Pittsboro, Indiana. Upon completion of the project the Owner will have fully functioning offices and storage rooms within the existing maintenance facility. Each bidder shall submit evidence of bondability for the entire value of the Work. Approved PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS guaranteeing faithful and proper performance of the Work and materials, to be executed by an acceptable surety company, may be required of the Contractor at the time he executes his contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal, or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, or to make such combination of proposals as may deem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. The project will consist of a remodeling and interior improvements to an existing single story, slab on grade, post framed 4500 square foot building. The existing post framed building. The existing building shell was constructed in 2006. Remodeling and interior improvements shall be as indicated and defined by the Drawings dated October 20, 2023 and titled "PITTSBORO FIRE MAINTENANCE" as prepared by Progress Studio. The Work to be performed and the proposal submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all general construction, mechanical (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, and so forth incidental to and required for the complete construction of the Project.
