SECTION WESTPOINT PARKWAY, four lane divided minor arterial street, FM 3325 - INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTPOINT PARKWAY---- will require the installation of Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage, Street Paving and Street Lights. Bidding of the project as whole or separate entities as either Utilities, Paving and/or Street Lights. Excavation of the project is already underway or completed, except for FM 3325. PREQUALIFICATION The improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening.
