If you bring your bid to MLGW, please allow 30 minutes prior to 4:00 PM CDT/CST for MLGW security clearance and delivery of bids to the Contracts Management Department. The project scope is to furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools and supplies as required to trim and/or remove all trees and brush, to trim trees in drop crotch and lateral cut trimming methods, to perform other utility forestry services, including chemical spraying, transmission right-of-way clearing and mowing, cleaning up and disposing of materials, and to provide clearance for the wires of MLGW, the location of which will be defined by Division work orders, within Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. All work shall be done in accordance with the MLGW Line Clearance Policy. Individual contracts will be awarded for each of the three (3) areas. Contractors must bid on all areas but will only be awarded one (1) area. Bidders must provide pricing for all three (3) areas: {areas 1, 2, and 3 to be considered for award}. Failure to provide pricing for all three (3) areas will deem your bid non-compliant and you will no longer be considered for award.
