Renovation of a religious / funeral development in West Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
**As of April 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work at the First Congregational Church - Steeple Repairs includes but is not limited to scraping, cleaning, patching, repairing and replacing damaged materials. Proposal Forms are included in the Project Manual. Bid Supplements, inclusive of any issued addenda, will be issued by the Architect, solely to plan holders. It is the bidders' responsibility to verify all Supplements with the Owner/Architect, prior to bid submission. No bids will be received after the designated times. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and/or reject any unqualified bids. The Owner is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. The Owner requires an affirmative action policy for all its contractors and vendors as a condition of doing business with the Owner as per Federal Executive Order 11246. All bidders are requested to note that the award of this contract is subject to the following conditions and contingencies: 1. The approval of such governmental agencies as may be required by law. 2. The appropriation of adequate funds by the proper agencies.
