construction of the Clare Road, College Boulevard to 106th Terrace, Streets Improvement Project The work consists of the following: Street construction of Clare Road, from College Boulevard to 106th Terrace, as a 36' back-of-curb to back-of-curb two-lane roadway with turn lanes at intersecting streets. Improvements include pavement construction, installation of curb and gutter, sidewalks, sidepath, storm sewers, streetlights, waterline, and traffic signals. An Owner's Contingency Allowance will be included within the Schedule of Values. Line Item 69 shall be bid at $250,000. The City of Olathe, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Olathe, Kansas, for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
