Description: The project consists of improvements to water and wastewater facilities throughout the MidAmerica Industrial Park. Work includes excavation, demolition, valve replacement, flow meter replacement, building renovations, new pre-engineered metal maintenance building, yard piping improvements, site improvements, new generators and automatic transfer switches. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the Oklahoma Ordnance Works Authority/MidAmerica Industrial Park, Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made.
