For Duct Cleaning at Central Middle School, Chugach Optional Elementary School, Denali Montessori Elementary, Bettye Davis East Anchorage High School, Russian Jack Elementary School, Whaley School, King Tech High School, Wendler Middle School, Begich Middle School, and Susitna Elementary School per the attached Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Technical Specifications, Drawings and Bid Form. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between $100,000 - $500,000 A bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the base bid will be required (cash, personal or business checks are unacceptable). The successful Contractor shall be required to furnish 100 percent performance and payment bonds. The Anchorage School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding procedures.
