This shall include moving of jacks. They need to be set in place at the proper elevation on asphalt as directed by JSD. The District will furnish and install any asphalt required. Contractor is to furnish any and all center blocks for each building. Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction, equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the work. Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by their operations. Contractor is responsible for removal of waste materials, tools, construction equipment, machinery and any surplus materials, and shall ensure the area is clean of all debris at completion. Contractor is responsible for all state and local fees to cross any bridges, railroad crossings, and interstates. The contractor is responsible for damage to any overhead power, communication, cable, etc. or detached wires or damage in any manner during the transportation process. Special impact fees charged by any city or municipality will be paid by JSD.
