The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is requesting Letters of Interest or Resumes and Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified, licensed and experienced professionals to provide construction management services to the City for the Adult Wellness Center, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department. Initially, services will include pre-construction services only, and may include subsequent construction phase services, according to the City's best interest.
In accordance with 14-58-1001, the City of Bentonville intends to receive written proposals from selected qualified and experienced entities whom submit a Letter of Interest or Resume and Statement of Qualification to this request. Submissions to this request should only consist of a Letter of Interest or Resume and Statement of Qualifications and shall not include any proposal/ cost information at this time.
The awarded firm will be required to enter into a binding contract with the City and may be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for the full value of the contract. The City reserves the right to cancel this request at any time in accordance with the City's best interest, to reject any Submission received, and to waive irregularities in accordance with the City's best interest. Submitters agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Bentonville for any damage or claim brought by any Submitter because of such rejections, nor shall the Submitter seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejections. The filing of any Submissions in response to this Request shall constitute an agreement of the Submitter to these conditions. The City encourages all qualified small, minority owned, and women owned business enterprises to submit for Capital Projects. Encouragement is also made to all general (prime) contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.

Submissions may be submitted via email to purchasing@bentonvillear.com, via mail to Administrative Services ATTN: Purchasing RFQ-23-13 1000 SW 14th Street Bentonville, AR 72712, or may be hand-delivered during business hours to the City of Bentonville Administrative Services Building - 2nd Floor, Purchasing 1000 SW 14th Street Bentonville, AR 72712. Hard copy submissions must be delivered with RFQ-23-13 and the company name clearly labeled on the outer envelope. Late Submissions, unsigned Submissions and Submissions which do not contain the required Non-Collusion Affidavit will be rejected, without exception. In accordance with Arkansas Procurement Laws and Rules, it is the responsibility of vendors to submit responses at the designated location before the deadline date and time.
