CITY OF RICHMOND WATER METER READING SERVICES RFP NO. PW202301 FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS The City of Richmond will receive proposals for Water Meter Reading Services. Pricing for meter reading service shall be quoted in an all-inclusive rate on a per meter per month basis. Price increases at each annual renewal period shall be quoted in a chart with columns showing years, dollars and percentages. Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope and manually signed by a person having the authority to bind the Respondent in a contract and marked clearly on the outside as indicated in this RFP. Respondents should carefully examine all terms, conditions, specifications and related documents. Each firm is responsible for insuring responses to this RFP have been delivered by date, time and location specified. The City has the right to award a contract upon the conditions, terms and specifica-tions contained in a proposal submitted to the City for a period of up to ninety (90) days following the date specified for the opening of proposals.
