Renovation of a museum in Beaufort, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Full design services associated with replacement of the HVAC monitoring and control system. A better system is needed to protect the museum contents. On-site monitoring is the only option currently. The HVAC ductwork and control system are original to the building, they are deteriorated and have exceeded their life expectancy. Scope of the project includes 14 new energy efficient AHU's, new cooling tower system and associated duct work and piping in the museum. Scope also includes replacement of the existing HVAC control system with a new energy efficient DDC system. Total Project Budget : $809,000 (with $100,000 Available for Design) Source of Funds : 2022-2023 Reserve for Repairs and Renovations
