Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Salle, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Dimmick C.C.S.D. # 175 is accepting bids for exterior concrete renovations at its facility. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The Contractor and Subcontractors shall pay to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under the Contract, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as indicated on the attached Prevailing Wages from the Illinois Department of Labor. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Earliest Start Date: Wednesday, June 7, 2023, and shall fully complete the Work by July 14, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.
