Contractor to furnish labor and equipment to accomplish the following: haul, fill and compact fill from pre-approved source, excavate for and install conduit and utility vaults, demolish and remove reinforced concrete foundations, construct reinforced concrete foundations, filling and compacting around foundations, excavating for and installing trench channel, and placement and compaction of substation grade aggregate. All installations will be to Central Lincoln provided specifications and some material will be provided by Central Lincoln. This project is located in Florence, OR. Additional Doc Acq and Pre Bid Meeting Note Note: Please note, all interested parties planning to attend the walk-through, must e-mail or send a fax stating their company's intent to attend 24 hours prior to the mandatory pre-bid meeting. If a contractor fails to notify the District of their intention to participate in the walk-through, a bid package will not be prepared for them. Bid packages will not be mailed, prior to, or after the project pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be the only time a contractor is able to obtain the complete bid package and meet with the project manager at the job site prior to award. Contractors that would like to be on the bidders list must be pre approved prior to the mandatory project pre-bid meeting.
