Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For Guthrie Road Improvements The reconstruction and realignment of approximately 2,979 feet of Guthrie Road with concrete pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks, and driveways, and associated signage, striping, relocation of existing improvements, and grading. Also included is installation of modular block retaining walls, precast box culverts, junction boxes, approximately 1,348 linear feet of storm water, and approximately 201 linear feet of sanitary sewer improvements. All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received no later than Thursday, February 16, 2023, by 2:00 PM.
