Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Aumsville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
In accordance with ORS 279C.410(b), the content of each proposal will not be available for inspection until after the notice of intent to award the contract is issued. All questions concerning the proposal or scope of work should be directed to Steven A. The work includes the construction of an 8,000 s.f. public works shop and office building, in accordance with the design and engineering drawings and specifications provided. Prequalification is not a requirement for Project Proposals Proposal Documents may be obtained until the closing date and time of the solicitation.
