Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Aumsville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work includes the construction of an 8,000 s.f. public works shop and office building, in accordance with the design and engineering drawings and specifications provided. Prequalification is not a requirement for Project Proposals Proposal Documents may be obtained until the closing date and time of the solicitation.
