Renovation of a municipal facility in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
he existing HVAC equipment at Rolling Hills City Hall has reached end of current life. The existing equipment no longer complies with current regulations, including SCAQMD emission limits. The existing ducting has been damaged beyond repair and has rodent contamination. The existing equipment includes, Three (3) furnaces, Three (3) cooling coils, Two (2) outdoor condensing units, and One (1) economizer. Work includes demolition and removal of existing HVAC equipment and facilities, replace existing system and repair any deficiencies. The existing building has Asbestos and Lead containing material. Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of specifications or drawings, shall be communicated to the Project Manager / Consulting Engineer, in writing, by February 21, 2023.
