The Yuba County is seeking properly a licensed Contractor to design and build an "L" shaped wall within the Information Technology office on the 2nci floor of the Courthouse, located at 215 5th Street, in Marysville. This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq. and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain "public workThe Yuba County Courthouse was constructed in 1962, with four (4) floors, including a basement. This concrete structure has been remodeled over the years; therefore, as-builds may contain discrepancies. Given the age of the facility, asbestos may be present. County shall provide awarded Contractor with the County's asbestos management plan. s" and "maintenance" project, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and if total compensation is $1,000 or more, contractor agrees, to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws, if applicable.
