Reference number : 1686629 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to obtain professional building envelope expertise services for the inspection of a group of buildings. The purpose of these expertises will be to implement the provisions of the Building chapter of the Safety Code (CBCS), in order to issue an inspection report that certifies the safety of the facades of the buildings covered by this call for tenders. The Bidder shall provide, in accordance with the contract documents, professional services which may include, but are not limited to, inspecting the facades of 24 high-rise buildings, providing reports and issuing security certificates. The OMHM is continuing its 2nd cycle of inspections of its stock of buildings of five (5) stories or more. Most of the buildings covered by this call for tenders have already undergone corrective work and these inspections will aim to ensure the safety and durability of the buildings. The scope of the work is described in the SPECIFICATIONS and the tenderer must refer to it to understand the extent of his obligations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
